37% of your total property tax bill funds services provided directly by the Municipality of Thames Centre. These include maintaining local roads, recycling & garbage pickup, zoning & building inspections, water infrastructure, local parks & recreation facilities and fire services.

The Ontario Provincial Police board, Kettle Creek Conservation Authority and Upper Thames River Conservation Authority are service partners who separately manage police services and environmental conservation. Service partners account for 8% of your bill.
40% of your total property tax bill funds Middlesex County services, including management of County roads, and ambulance & emergency services.
The remaining 15% of property taxes fund education services.
