The Tanzania Bankers Association (TBA) in recognition of the importance of customers of banking services in Tanzania is conducting this research to find out how customers are satisfied with the Financial Services provided by banks. The specific objectives of this study are as follows: receiving customer feedback related to banking services and the manner in which they are provided, Identifying the challenges that customers encounter, understanding various demographic conditions such as gender, education, age and income status, etc.; so that banks can design suitable services for special groups, and receive suggestions from customers to improve banking services.
