Social Determinants of Health

The Diversity Committee is collecting information about how social determinants of health (SDoH) affect orthopaedic trauma patients, and what resources are available and/or used to address them. Social determinants of health are the non-medical factors beyond race and socioeconomic status that influence health outcomes and encompass conditions in which people are born, grow, work, live, and age. We are asking members to complete this brief survey about SDoH. The survey should take 3-4 minutes to complete.
