On behalf of the National Association for Charitable Textile Recycling (NACTR), Dillon Consulting Limited (Dillon) has created a survey to develop an understanding of behaviours and attitudes relating to clothing and other fabric donations, as well as charitable tax-receipting donations in Canada. These insights will support actionable recommendations to establish an optimized receipting process for donations to be adopted by charities and supported by the Canadian federal government.

Your participation is valuable and is expected to help shape the future of tax receipting for textile donations across Canada. If you have any questions about this work or would like to discuss incentivizing tax receipts for used clothing, please contact Dillon’s Project Manager, Mychal-Ann Hayhoe at 519-277-3222 or mhayhoe@dillon.ca.

Your answers will remain anonymous unless you choose to complete the contact information question, in which case we may choose to reach out for additional clarification if necessary.
