City of Westerville OH Speed Test Survey

The City of Westerville is evaluating its next steps in broadband-studying opportunities for expansion and factors related to access, cost and speed. Any initiative to come from these studies would build upon the success of WeConnect, the City's fiber network and data center service hub. WeConnect offers world-class support for commercial data management needs. In the future, WeConnect could offer residential services as another community amenity. WeConnect could also expand broadband services for Westerville companies and workforce to improve access, cost and speed. 

This survey will help us better understand the current broadband speeds received by residences and businesses throughout the City.

Please only complete one of these response forms per household or business. 

Test Instructions:  On a desktop, laptop, or tablet computer using WiFi or wired Internet data only (please do not take the test on your cellphone or use cellular data), please proceed to https://westerville.speedtestcustom.com/ in order to take the test. Click the "Go!" button (or "Begin Test," depending upon which internet browser you use) and wait for the results.  You will receive a numerical output of PING, download speed and upload speed.  Please keep these numbers to fill into the question boxes below.
