NABITA welcomes the submission of individual membership scholarship applications to continue supporting professionals engaged in violence and risk prevention at their institutions. Anyone in the field experiencing financial need is welcome to apply, including current and prospective members. Considerations will be given to individuals who are self-paying without institutional affiliation, those transitioning to BIT careers, and those from underserved institutions and K-12 schools and districts.
Individual-level membership scholarships will be awarded to applicants based on eligibility and written responses to the questions below. Please read through all eligibility requirements and terms before applying, which can be found here. Individuals may apply more than once; however, scholarship recipients may only receive the membership scholarship once. A set number of scholarships will be awarded per quarter, and submission of this application does not guarantee a scholarship will be awarded. Please complete the application below in full, providing detailed and complete answers for each question. Only full, complete applications will be considered.
Deadline:
Please complete the application by March 31/June 30/August 31/December 31. If you are a current member, please make sure that your membership is set to expire by the last day of the quarter. (For example, if you are applying for a scholarship during quarter 1, your membership should expire between January 1 and March 31. If it expires in April, please wait until quarter 2 to apply.)
Eligibility:
Please read through all eligibility requirements and terms here before completing this application. For questions regarding this application, please contact members@nabita.org.
