Ranking Contract Priorities

We met with many of you a couple of weeks ago. We developed this survey based on the information provided at the meeting and in individual conversations with many of you. Now is the time for us to provide more specific feedback and identify our priorities. We want to make sure that you provide as much information as possible. We are in the process of obtaining the most updated company policies, but sometimes, practice standards at the shop differ from the policies. Therefore, please make sure to provide detailed information.

Negotiations are a give-and-take! We will use the feedback in this survey to help put together proposals to present to the company, but there is no guarantee that we will get everything we ask for. Therefore, IDENTIFYING THE TEAM’S PRIORITIES IS VERY IMPORTANT.
YOUR ANSWER SHOULD BE BASED ON HOW PERSONALLY RELEVANT EACH TOPIC IS TO YOU.
