Your Medica HR Team has engaged us (Higginbotham) a third- party, to introduce, roll out and manage the 2019 Benefits Needs and Interest Survey that will be available June 5, 2019 – June 19, 2019.  

This survey will provide us with baseline data from which we can provide to your Medica HR Team appropriate strategies and plans to improve what the HR Medica team should focus on and provide recommendations how to move forward with improvements. Since this employee survey is online, we will be able to obtain speedy and comprehensive analysis of the data.  Your responses are confidential. No one from Cuidado Casero or Medica will be provided with or will have access to your individual results. The online employee survey is carried out on Higginbotham’s servers and your responses remain in their secure data storage facility.
