The post event report is required to be received within 30 days of the event’s completion and should include:
1. Number of riders, horses and spectators;
2. Outline of social media platforms used, engagement and reach over the duration of the event;
3. Any local and/or national media received;
4. Actual profit and loss statement;
5. Acknowledgement of the funding provided by Equestrian Queensland for use on social media (attached graphic); and
6. Acknowledgement of the funding provided by Equestrian Queensland for inclusion in the affiliated club newsletter, website, program (attached advertisement graphic);
All funds must be spent within the 2025 year. Any funds not claimed within one month post event may be accrued by EQ and used for future program allocations; and
If for any reason the event does not occur, then EQ must be notified within 7 days of the decision and the approval may be retracted.
