The Coalition Government is making some big policy decisions on transport, that will affect the road freight sector. As part of this process, they are including seeking feedback from industry.
Transporting New Zealand is committed to member-led advocacy, supported by robust evidence and analysis. To ensure our policy positions reflect the views of our membership, we encourage all members to complete the following five minute survey.
The topics are: speed management; workforce and driver shortages; compulsory third party insurance; standards for heavy vehicle lighting; industry accreditation and who should run it.
The results will inform our advocacy to government and other key stakeholders.
