Commission on Aging Community Survey |
The Commission on Aging and Concord Senior Center are looking for you feedback on the needs and wants of senior citizens in the Concord community. Survey results will help the Commission continue to be a voice for Concord seniors and guide the Concord Senior Center staff on the types of programs, activities and services desired by the community.
The survey should only take between 3-7 minutes to complete.
About the Commission on Aging: the Commission consists of up to 11 community members appointed by the City Council to serve as a liaison between Concord seniors citizens and the City Council. Additionally, a member of the Commission represents Concord and its senior citizens on the Contra Costa County Area Agency on Aging and sponsors the GoGo Concord senior transportation program, the annual Health Expo and Be a Santa to a Senior programs.
