Thank you for taking the time to help us with this survey. All is for All is seeking to better understand the disabled community’s experiences shopping at supermarkets. Our goal is to identify barriers and determine what could be done from your perspective to improve the customer experience for the disabled community.
Participating in the survey is voluntary and will take about 20 minutes. Individual responses will be kept confidential, and no identifying information will be collected, except if you elect to provide your email to enter the draw for a voucher at the close of the survey. Analysis of the survey results will be in the form of verbatim quotes, aggregated trends, and themes from the survey. Your responses will be used solely for community insights and to identify areas where improvements can be made.
Your honest opinions and feedback will help to create a more inclusive shopping environment for our disabled community.
