This survey is to assist us with the planning for our community. We have a unique opportunity to create a significant and appropriate gateway to Summerville at the current 500 N. Main Street site. Our goal is to gather broad input to ensure that we consider all perspectives.

We ask that you please take fewer than 5 minutes to answer the following questions. Please respond by end of day April 4th. All responses are being sent to an independent facilitator of this process, The McNair Group LLC. Your responses are 100% confidential. (Please note that your name and address are being requested to validate that responses are coming from our constituent communities, yet NO personal information will be shared in any report.)

If you begin the survey, but have to exit the website prior to finishing, do not worry. When you return, the website will take you to where you left-off when responding from the same device. You may also hit 'previous' at any time to go back to earlier questions. Once you have completed the survey, you will not be allowed to open the survey a second time.
