Are you over 18 years old? Do you attend a religious community at least once a month? If yes, thank you for participating in the 10-15 minute confidential survey. Those under 18-years-old may not take part in the study and must close the program.
This research is being done to understand better the stigma that religious people with suicidal experiences face in religious communities. You do not need to have thought about suicide to complete the survey.
We know your time is valuable. The reason to take this confidential survey is that results of the study will be used to develop suicide prevention resources in religious communities to benefit people with suicidal experiences.
Important information
Your responses are confidential and will be reported only in summary form.
You can stop taking part in the survey at any time. However, once you close the survey, you cannot re-enter it. If you take a break, you will be able to come back as long as you keep your browser and the survey open.
