We are asking CSBs/Communities to share a prevention success story that DBHDS can use to demonstrate to key stakeholders the great work that is happening throughout Virginia. Please answer the questions below to best capture your success story and to post it on the portal. At the end, you will have an opportunity to upload a photo to accompany your story, if you choose.

Please note that these stories and photos may be used by DBHDS and OMNI for public dissemination.
