Grandparents' and Special Friends' Invitations - May 17, 2024

Each year, we hold a special celebration with grandparents and special friends of St. Brendan School students. This year, the event will take place on May 17, 2024, the Friday before first communion. Please complete this form by Friday, March 29th so that we can mail out the invitations to your guests. If grandparents are unable to attend, a special friend like a godparent, aunt, uncle, family friend, or a parent is welcome.

Please list the name(s) and address(s) of guests you would like to receive an invitation to Grandparents & Special Friends Day. The invitations will be sent out in April. There is enough space on this form for three different addresses. If you need invitations to be sent to more than three locations, please complete the survey a second time with that information.

Please note that the invitations will notify invitees that if they are unable to attend, they can send a special note to the school to be delivered to their student friend that day. Therefore, it is okay to invite someone regardless if they can attend.

Preschool students and families are also invited, however, since the event falls on a day/time when preschoolers may not typically be in school, please participate to the extent you are most comfortable.

Additionally, to help prepare for “prizes” awarded during the event, please provide the additional information (educated guess), and please note any special occasions, like a birthday, and any special needs/seating requests. Thank you!
