The Town of St. Marys is preparing a Recreation, Culture and Leisure Master Plan Update. Through research and community engagement, the Master Plan will guide strategic decision making to meet the needs of all residents over the next 10 to 15 years.
Community involvement is vital to the success of the Recreation, Culture and Leisure Master Plan Update. It will be informed by input from residents, staff, stakeholders, and other key partners. Your input will help us better understand the priorities of St. Marys residents. All individual survey responses are kept strictly confidential and will only be reproduced in summary format for the purpose of this Master Plan.

Instructions
- The survey will be open until June 30, 2024, and will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
- One (1) submission per resident is permitted. You are encouraged to consider the recreation, culture and leisure (including parks) participation preferences and priorities of all members living within your household.
- Complete as many of the questions as you can, but you don’t have to respond to questions that you are unsure or uncomfortable about.

Paper format: Pick up and submit hardcopy surveys at: Pyramid Recreation Centre (317 James Street South), Municipal Operations Centre (408 James Street South), Town Hall (175 Queen Street East), and St. Marys Public Library (15 Church Street North).
