Booking a Stall/Table - Please read carefully
Complete this booking form to obtain a large table/stall, size 6ftx4ft for £15 per table/stall. The booking form can only be completed once on one device, please ensure you read through everything carefully.
1. Payment will be required once your booking form has been accepted. Details on how to pay will be sent on confirmation including layout of the venue and where your stall(s) will be. Further information will be sent nearer the time.

2. Ensure you have liability insurance which provides cover for damage or injury caused by your stall or products you are selling. Please bring proof of cover on the day. The booking form includes a statement regarding liability Insurance, unfortunately if you do not have this, you will not be able to have a stall.
3. Complete the below booking form, details of which will provide key information and also an overview of the variety of stall holders, which will also dictate the position of your stall e.g two stalls providing the same Arts and Crafts will not be placed next to each other.
