CACHE Magazine Submission_Volume 3, Issue 2 (Spring 2025) The University of Toronto's Centre for Advancing Collaborative Healthcare & Education (CACHE) at the University Health Network is pleased to invite submissions for Volume 3, Issue 2 (Spring 2025) of the magazine, Together: Stories of Collective Impact.Submit your story/event/announcement/cover art below.Deadline for submissions: April 17, 2025.We welcome articles, news, and stories related to collaborative healthcare and education. Together let's celebrate the best of collaboration, interprofessional education, and teamwork in health & social care: innovations, research synopses, profiles, upcoming interprofessional events, conferences, grants and award announcements, and other professional achievements -- all are welcome!Submissions should: be approximately 350 words or less in length; provide details about how it relates to IPE/collaborative practice (for more information please refer to CIHC Competencies); include Author(s)/Contributor(s)' Full Name(s), Degrees/Credentials, and up to two affiliations for each author; include pictures and/or visual art pieces (strongly encouraged). Heads shots are acceptable; photos of something happening are even better. Pictures should be high-resolution colour jpegs or pngs; if applicable, include 5 references (maximum). Submissions not meeting the above criteria will be asked to revise and resubmit.As well, we welcome cover art submissions if you would like to have your artwork considered for the next issue. Cover art submissions would need to be high-resolution, high-quality images of your work(s). Please note if your art is selected for the cover, it may be cropped to accommodate text, and text may be superimposed on part of the image (the CACHE logo, and volume and issue number). Cover art should also include artist statements. Photography, paintings, mixed media, and other mediums are acceptable.Submissions welcome from all who contribute to health and social care, including learners, educators, patients/clients, families, caregivers, clinicians, and others. These might be experiences, reflections, or write-ups relating to past, future, or ongoing projects related to community and partnership building. Integrating Ways of Knowing: Research & InnovationThis section includes articles relating to research, innovation, and knowledge mobilization in the field of collaborative healthcare and education. Examples include (but are not limited to) reflections and/or writeups highlighting recent publications, future or ongoing projects, or anything else research- and knowledge mobilization-related. 5. Inspiring Change: Systems, Policy, & LeadershipThis section includes articles relating to leadership in collaborative healthcare and education, including systems and policy changes and updates. Examples include (but are not limited to) reflections, experiences, tips, breakthroughs, or anything else related to this topic. 6. Coming Together: Events & AnnouncementsThis section includes interprofessional events, conferences, awards, grant submissions etc. 7.
