The City of Sparta has engaged PGAV Planners to assist in updating the City's Comprehensive Plan. The goal is to create a plan that will encourage growth and revitalization of the City in a manner that accomplishes the community's vision for Sparta. The Comprehensive Plan will act as a guide for City officials, leaders, developers, and property owners to bring to fruition the desired future of the City.
