The 10-week Program will commence in the week beginning Monday 29 January 2024. This will include weekly fitness sessions with Active Farmers (with options availabile at Lameroo, Pinnaroo and Murrayville) and fortnightly Wellbeing Workshops which will take place via Zoom (dates to be confirmed).
Applications close on Friday 15 December and participants will be advised by Friday 22 December.
Please note, the Australia Post Community Grants have provided funding for 12 women to participate in the Program. The information you provide in your application will be used as a part of the assessment process. Thank you!

Program commitment:
The aim of the Project is to support participants to develop positive habits by learning practical science-based stragegies which are recognised for improving physical and mental health.
To realise the benefits you will be required to attend 2 fitness sessions per week with Active Farmers with options availabile at Lameroo, Pinnaroo and Murrayville.
Fortnightly Wellbeing Workshops will also take place on Tuesday evenings via Zoom (Please note the final dates will be confirmed based on participants availability). The topics of the Wellbeing Workshops will include:
