Its purpose is to provide an example of an online suggestion box to be used to collect suggestions or questions from employees for all-staff meetings, or to manually enter the answers into the back end of the survey tool application to compile the data.
This online tool eliminates the need for a physical suggestion box and is a more efficient way to collect information from employees. Employees will also tend to provide feedback electronically since the information can be provided from any location with an internet connection, rather than being seen inserting a piece of paper into a box.
Click on "Next Section" to view the survey example. You will have to enter 'dummy' (mock) answers to get to the next sections.
