Welcome!

Since early 2024, SolTrans has been reviewing its existing services to identify opportunities to make them more useful for riders and the broader community.

This survey will show you a map of the existing SolTrans network, and a newly developed “Draft Plan” including possible changes to transit services in Solano County. You’ll then be asked to tell us what you think about the Draft Network.
In the first phase of this project, a detailed Existing Conditions Report provided an in-depth analysis of existing data on ridership and the transit market. SolTrans also talked to members of the public, community stakeholders and government partners to help refine the main goals of the Draft Network.

A few things to know about this plan before you start:

  • This plan assumes only the current level of SolTrans service. No service reductions or increases are included in the Draft Network.
  • This plan assumes the same amount of local and express service as today. No SolTrans local service is transferred to express services; no express service is transferred to local service.
  • This is not the last opportunity to provide feedback. SolTrans will conduct a service change process for the final plan, incorporating changes based on the feedback we receive now.

We are seeking feedback on changes to both the local network in Vallejo and Benicia, and the express routes that serve other parts of the county.
