City of South Pasadena City Manager Recruitment Community Survey

The City Council has engaged Ralph Andersen & Associates to support the recruitment process for South Pasadena’s next City Manager. The City Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the City and for organizational efficiency and effectiveness, for the preparation and presentation of the municipal budget and keeping the City Council informed on other municipal financial matters, oversight of personnel matters, and for the oversight of municipal facilities. The City Manager reports directly to the City Council.

The City Council would like your input as a part of the process to recruit and hire South Pasadena’s next City Manager. Your feedback will be taken into careful consideration during the candidate selection and interview process. This survey is confidential. Only Ralph Andersen & Associates’ staff will review your response. Only aggregated results will be made available for the Council’s use in the recruitment process.
