Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations received before 1st August 2024 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received before 1st November 2024 will receive a 50% refund for registration fees, unfortunately hotel cancellations cannot be refunded after 1st November 2024.
  • Cancellations received any later will not be eligible for a refund.
