CBS Strategic Plan: 2024 Annual Progress Check-in

In September 2022, the Sitka Assembly adopted a five-year strategic plan to guide the City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) organization to align resources with community priorities to improve the quality and delivery of services to our community.

As we come to the end of year two of the five-year plan, we want to check in with members of the community and organization to ensure we remain responsive and accountable to the needs and priorities in our community.

Please take a few minutes to answer this quick survey to help us know where we should focus our efforts in 2025 and if any adjustments need to be made to the strategic plan.
