Pride Winnipeg Registration Survey

On Sunday, June 2 we are excited to march in the 2024 Winnipeg Pride Parade together as health-care workers from different professions, facilities and regional health authorities. Please fill out the form below to sign up as an individual or sign up as a group with your entire care team.

New this year: staff are welcome to sign up their department as a team! Each department team requires a champion (team leader) to fill out the form below and be a point of contact to communicate pride materials to their team. Departments are encouraged to dress up together in colourful pride team spirit!
