Township of Severn is working with the team at pl.ural to develop a Master Plan (plan) for the Coldwater Fairgrounds that will guide the development, enhancement, and management of the property for the next 10 to 15 years. The plan will serve as a strategic roadmap to make sure that this recreational space aligns with the evolving needs of our community.
