9/11 Day of Service and Remembrance

20th Anniversary

On Saturday, September 11, 2021, the City of Richmond will join our nation to pause and honor the 20th anniversary of the lives lost in the terrorist acts on 9/11/01. The city of Richmond's remembrance ceremony, memorial stair climb, and public safety fair will be held from 8-11 a.m. on 9/11/21 at City Stadium (3201 Maplewood Ave, Richmond, VA 23221).

This day is also about national service, volunteering to honor the heroic and sacrificial service that first-responders and everyday citizens offered their fellow Americans.
