The Salvation Army are proposing a 2-year enterprise agreement for staff, with pay increases of 3.5% in each year.
The Salvation Army are also proposing several improvements to the current agreement, including:
- Allowances – To be increased by 3.5% per annum for each year of the agreement
- Parental leave – Increasing paid leave from 9 weeks to 12 weeks and paying superannuation on all parental leave
- Casual minimum engagement – Increasing the minimum engagement from 2 hours to 3 hours
- Shift penalties – Afternoon shift commencing from 10am, instead of 10:30am
The Salvation Army is not currently proposing to reduce any conditions or entitlements.
