The PSA is collecting information relating to the issuing of notices following the recent NSW Ombudsman Investigation into actions taken by SafeWork NSW Inspectors in relation to Blue Mountains City Council workplaces.
To assist in identifying the extent of this issue we are asking all members to complete the following survey. All answers are strictly confidential and individual responses will not be shared with SafeWork.
Once this information has been received and assessed the PSA will provide feedback to members to discuss what further action may be required.
Please note that any reference to a ‘manager/director’ includes the previous WorkCover NSW Team Coordinator role.
