Fellow Directors,

Given the many daily challenges we face, as well as the unique obstacles we have met and overcome, it is important to take time to acknowledge and honor outstanding achievements in our profession. By nominating your peers to be considered for 2024 Outstanding CDJFS Director of the Year, you are helping to recognize one of our own who exemplifies the professional qualities and achievements of an outstanding director. 

All nominations must be submitted by at least one current CDJFS Director, though staff members may contribute to the nomination narrative with supporting statements. Those currently serving in an elected officer position are not eligible for nomination. Detailed instructions regarding the nomination process are available here. The Selection Committee, comprised of the OJFSDA Elected Officers as well as previous award winners still serving as Director, will review all nominations and select one nominee to receive the annual award.

Nominations must be submitted by October 31, 2024, to be considered. The award will be presented to the selected recipient during the annual recognition banquet Friday, December 13, 2024, at Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center following the General Session meeting.
