Sustainability (or corporate social responsibility - CSR) is very important to us and therefore, we constantly aim to improve our performance with respect to people (social responsibility), planet (environmental responsibility), and profit (financial sustainability). For this, we set-up a CSR management system that meets the requirements of level 4 of the Performance Ladder standard. This is a good result (it shows that we outperform others in our industry in terms of sustainability) but we would like to continuously improve with help of your feedback.
