Step Your Way Registration 2024 |
The challenge runs from Monday, October 7 through Sunday, November 17.
This is a free 6-week program designed to help participants increase their daily physical activity. Sign up and participate, and you might just win one of 20 lunch boxes! You'll receive a weekly email, a log sheet, and tips for getting steps. All you will need to count your steps is an activity tracker, pedometer, or a smart phone!
