Research Impacts of Recent Executive Orders and Memos: A Call to Action to the ASPB Community

Recent actions by the Trump Administration, including Executive Orders, memos, and actions of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), have had cascading effects on the academic community. We respectfully ask that you share your stories of the impacts these actions have had to research and education in your community. As we describe here, we anticipate that by gathering your stories and sharing them, as appropriate, with staff on key congressional committees, we will be able to bring the most relevant and important information to the people who are best suited to take action as a result.
