DISCLAIMER: This survey seeks to increase group knowledge. This survey is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult with a qualified and licensed physician or other medical care provider. Only healthy individuals, who can tolerate consuming salty food (e.g. 1,290 mg sodium) should participate in this citizen science project. For reference the American Heart Association recommends adults consume no more than 2,300 mg of sodium per day, and states an ideal limit for most adults is 1,500 mg. Consult a medical professional to discuss symptoms you are experiencing; digestive issues can be signs of serious illness including some cancers.
