Please provide comments to the Police Accountability Commission. Comments received by 8:00 AM two business days in advance (or on Friday, for Monday meetings) of a meeting of the PAC or a sub-committee will be shared with members in advance. All responses received will be added into the meeting record and are subject to disclosure upon request under Oregon’s public records law.

The Police Accountability Commission is in its Transition Plan and Broader System Phase, which includes work as a full commission and in sub-committees. This phase of work is designed to develop the transition from the current to the new system, how the new system will relate to various layers of government, and also to name the oversight board and bureau.
