Coronavirus: Mental Health Concerns Survey

The coronavirus pandemic can significantly affect mental health for everyone, but especially for those living with mental illness. This brief 12-question survey seeks to better understand the concerns of our mental illness community. The survey was initially distributed to our large ForLikeMinds online mental illness peer support and Facebook communities. The survey is ongoing. We welcome you to take it. The results will be analyzed by the Yale University, Program for Recovery and Community Health, Dr. Mark Costa. Additional information: Katherine Ponte hello@forlikeminds.com.
