COVID-19 impact on Periti

1. Identification fields

Thank you for accepting to take part in this survey. This will assist the Council of the Kamra tal-Periti greatly in its discussions with Government during the coronavirus outbreak in Malta, and will allow it to present realtime data to the authorities on the impacts on the profession and on the industry.

In addition to the data you provide, we will also collect some personal information about you such as your name and email address to be able to contact you for follow up if needed. We will also collect details relating to your practice and/or employment.

We will securely store this data until the end of 2020. Should it be necessary to extend the period of data retention we will inform you accordingly.

We respect your trust, and confirm that we will not sell or share this data with any third parties. Any data collected will be presented in an anonymised manner to the Government of Malta, and this only for the purpose of informing decisions relating to the profession and the industry.

By participating in this survey you agree that we will process your data in line with the above.
