The reason for this policy is that we are legally required by the Texas Department of Agriculture to notify our customers of treatment 48 hours in advance. For us to allocate enough time for your technician to service your unit, we must have the prior notice to schedule appropriately. It is the resident's responsibility to submit the service requests on time and to follow all required steps for treatments to be serviced.
