 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS STOCKING 
ORNAMENT OF THE MONTH CLUB for 2022

starts January 15th, 2022 - SIGN UP NOW so we can be sure to order in enough supplies. Suppliers will start shutting down mid-December for their annual holiday/inventory shutdowns. So we want to get a head start on ordering in supplies.

we have decided to put a LIMIT OF 400 people for this club
the club is getting very large and don't want it to become un-manageable - we have a very limited amount of spots left before we hit that 400 limit so sign up now if you wish to be in the club.  
 
Welcome to our new 2022 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS STOCKING ORNAMENT CLUB. All designs are from Annie Beez Folk Art and all are finished as cute little stockings. Another SUPER CUTE series from Annie Beez just for us.  

There will be 12 charts total in the series with one releasing each month January - December 2022 on/around the 15th of each month. 

Stitch count of each design will be 50w x 67h - a 9x9 fabric cut is plenty for each design 
 
The models were all stitched on 14ct black aida. We will also be offering in addition to the aida, 28ct black cashel linen, 27ct black linda (evenweave) and for a FUN TWIST 14ct black perforated paper. We know some out there love the paper and these would just as cute on paper, cut out with felt or wool mounted to the back. So something for everyone in this series. There will also be some Red and Cream beads used thruout - 1 pkg of each is enough for the full series.  

All are stitched using DMC floss. We will not be offering the floss as many can purchase this much cheaper elsewhere. We have listed below in the form what colors of DMC you will need for the full series. 
 
We plan to ship around the 15th of each month starting in January 2022. SO SIGN UP NOW....we need to get a count of how many charts we will need and get supplies on order. We want to be ready for the Jan 15th release date. 
 
BILLING/ SHIPPING: we will bill you directly thru paypal each month prox 1 week prior to shipping so around the first week of every month. PLEASE make prompt payment when you receive our invoice. This enables us to ship as soon as the charts as soon as they arrive here. If you foresee some delay in making payment please email us at crazyanniesstitchin@yahoo.com and let us know so we are aware of the delay. 
 
All orders will ship USPS First Class Mail w/tracking. If you get the chart only it will ship at a reduced rate each month of $ 2.00. We do this to save you postage for the year on just getting a chart each time. These will NOT have tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: we do ship Internationally. Your shipping cost is based on weight and location. We however are not currently shipping anything to the United Kingdom due to the VAT tax that we now have to collect and pay. We are not setup for that at this time. ALSO the countries of Australia and New Zealand have a temporary mail hold on all mail coming from the U.S. So if you want you can sign up and we will hold your releases for you until the mail hold has been lifted.

You can share your stitching progress on the ornaments and chat with stitchy friends. This group is currently active (you can join now) and people are now sharing stitching of the last 4 EXCLUSIVE ornament series we have done with Annie Beez and will include the new 2022 12 Days of Christmas Stockings series  as well. 

Julia Brooks is the Admin of the Group as well as myself. and Annie from Annie Beez. Julia will be the main admin overseeing the group. * 1. Would you like to join our 2022 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS STOCKING ORNAMENT OF THE MONTH CLUB?  You will receive ALL 12 charts thruout 2022 (12 designs total for the year).  If you do not want to join, then you do not need to go any further.

Once an club shipment is billed to you and paid for, the items will be shipped and non-cancellable. You may HOWEVER cancel from the program at any time before the next release is billed. See last question on this form for more details on cancelling from the program.

* 2. There will be 12 new charts in this 2022 Club - one releasing each month starting January 2022. You have the option of just the chart each month OR you can also get the additional supplies (fabric and/or beads) You choose what you want to receive each month. (choose all that apply)

PERFORATED PAPER:  the perforated paper is 9x12 in size and comes 2 sheets per pack. You will get one pack with your order shipping in January 2022 and then one again every other month. Each pack of paper will make 2 ornaments if you cut it to a 9x9 size like the fabric will be cut. You may be able to be more out of a sheet, but we are figuring 2/sheet for this club. We will ship then more packs in the months of March, May, July, September and November. The months you get the perforated paper packs the shipping charge will be a slightly bit higher.  

BEADS: one pack of beads of each color (cream and red) will be enough to complete the full series. A few will be used on each pattern if you choose to use them. They add a nice compliment to each design. 

DMC FLOSS: this is a list of the DMC floss you will need (we are not offering the floss) 1 skein each of: Ecru, 224, 225, 347, 407, 420, 422, 498, 502, 524, 644, 645, 648, 729, 3024, 3363, 3829, 3813

Annie Beez made their own cording for each ornament from DMC floss. So if you have a cord maker OR  know how to make your own cording and wish to do so you will need DMC 498 (4-5 skeins for the full series)

* 4. You will be billed approx 1 week prior to us shipping. When we have received notification that our shipment will be arriving soon then we will email you a PAYPAL invoice for the total due. Please provide your PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS below so that we can bill you. Make sure you supply your PAYPAL email address and NOT a regular email address if they differ.

NOTE: PLEASE MAKE PROMPT PAYMENT UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE so we can mail all items in one trip to the post office. Makes it much easier on us for auto ships. 

We have alot of people that pay when they feel like it. That is now how this will work. If payment is not made by the time we are ready to ship we will send out 1 reminder notice. Then if not paid, invoice will be canceled and you membership in the club will be canceled as well. We don't have time to chase down payments.

We have alot of clubs for 2022 and for each of them to run smoothly (including this one)  we can't spend our time trying to get ahold of you each month.
