Week 4 LOCKDOWN SCHOOL ATTENDANCE
LOCKDOWN ATTENDANCE FORM
As many of you may be aware, we still have a number of people in our community having to quarantine as a result of attending various exposure sites around Canberra. This means that on some days we are working with minimal staff on supervision and have had to employ relief staff to cover supervision. In order to ensure we have sufficient staff to supervise, we ask that you complete this form.
If both adult members of the family (where applicable) have to work outside the family home/s, and no other care arrangements are available, then please complete this form. Or if your child is considered vulnerable AND you have spoken to me about this AND I have given approval for your child to physically attend school.
The form must be completed weekly for attendance records from Monday 13th September onwards.
Please note there will be very limited staff on-site on any one day, and all parents are strongly encouraged to keep students at home wherever possible. If parents are working from home, your child/ren MUST stay home with you.
We ask the following:
Parents do not enter the building. Drop off your child at the front of the administration building or at the morning drop-off area no earlier than 8.30am so that they can enter the school (unless they are attending before school care); Please have your child’s device clearly labelled as they will be working on the remote learning platform. We have a limited number of devices for students in Kinder-Year 3 to use. Year 4 students will use their allocated school iPad; Provide the usual fruit break, recess and lunch items, a drink bottle and hat. Collect your child by 3.10pm (unless they are attending after school care). We thank you again for your continued patience through this difficult period. We are blessed to be part of such a caring and supportive community.
