GENERAL CRITERIA
All categories of the Sabah Tourism Awards 2025 are open for nomination, either by self-submission or submission by members of the tourism industry. The judges reserve the right not to select a winner if it is deemed that no entry of sufficient merit has been submitted. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
The deadline for submission is 25th April 2025. The secretariat is not obliged to accept the entries received after the deadline.

General Eligibility
- Open to individuals, organizations, businesses, NGOs, and government bodies contributing to Sabah’s tourism sector (2020–2025).
- Initiatives or contributions must have been active between 2020–2025, addressing challenges arising from the pandemic.
- Initiatives must align with ethical standards (environmental compliance, cultural sensitivity, fair labor practices)
Submission Requirements
Nominees will be responsible for the submission of relevant documentation and collateral in support of their nominations. All materials submitted will become the properties of Sabah Tourism Board and are non-returnable.
Documentation: Company/Individual profile, Evidence of impact (e.g., data, testimonials, media coverage), any related documents based on the category nominated
