GSTC F&B Criteria 2024 - First Public Consultation.

1. Introduction to the first Public Consultation of the GSTC F&B Criteria 2024.

The Global Sustainable Tourism Council is in the process of developing the GSTC Food & Beverage Service Provider Criteria, which was officially announced in August 2024. You can see the announcement here.
The first public consultation on the criteria draft will begin from January 2nd to March 3rd, 2025.

The aim of the first public consultation is to gather comments and feedback on the GSTC F&B Service Provider draft attached here.

In this survey you will be invited to:

give specific comments and feedback on each criterion or indicator;
suggest to add (and/or delete) a criterion or indicator that you feel is missing;

* Please use a criterion/indicator identifier when making your comments. (Example D2.4.7)

Please respond and submit your response by March 3rd, 2025.
