The Future of Doing

How are we feeling in 2021?

The Future of Doing is a global study about how creative makers (designers, strategists, creatives, technologists) feel about their work and workplaces. The initial study ran at the end of 2019 and during 2020. This survey will allow us to update our insights to reflect the impact of the past year. They will be used to help organisations to deliver the most relevant and enjoyable workplace experiences to their diverse creative making teams.

The survey is anonymous and takes 13 minutes on average to complete. There are 24 questions, some of which are open and may require some thought. There are also a number of demographic and identity questions that only exist to verify that we are getting as diverse a sample as possible and to identify any potential patterns of marginalisation. However, please feel free to skip these if you'd prefer not to answer.

Are you ready to share your insights?
