KY Summer 2024 STeLLA Scale Up and Sustainability Study (SSUP) -Teacher Registration
This registration is for all new teachers who would like to participate in STeLLA PD program beginning Summer 2024. Please complete a registration for each teacher wanting to participate.
Please note the following requirements for participation STeLLA:
Teacher must participate in a full year of STeLLA Professional Development.
July Summer Institute (July 15 - July 19, 2024; planned in-person event in Lexington, KY)
8 teacher-focused study group sessions during the Academic year (approximately 2 hours each; held about twice a month, times selected by each small group)
6 asynchronous sessions (approximately 1.5 hours once a month)
December face-to-face institute focused on content (2 days; dates and location TBD)
Registration fee is $2600 for the full year. Registration covers all institute materials, teacher kits, hotel and lunches during the institute.
Teachers will collect classroom video of their science teaching during the program year for use in the video-based professional development.
Each participating teacher will receive all materials necessary to teach the unit.
We have limited spots available so registration will be first come, first served. Registration closes March 31.
