Use of the Library
The Lethbridge Public Library (LPL) is interested in finding out about your use of the library, your satisfaction with it, as well as a little more about you. The information you provide will be used by the LPL as it plans to best meet the needs of the public and its members.
Please answer the following questions on your own behalf. If there are other library members in your household please encourage them to submit their own response by completing the questionnaire separately. If you have young children with memberships you are encouraged to assist them as they provide their own responses.
We value the information you provide and want to assure you that your responses will be used solely by the Lethbridge Public Library as we work to better serve the community. The findings gathered will be rolled up and reported in an aggregate manner. This means that no individual responses will be attributed to a single person. Information gathered that describes individuals (e.g. where you live, your age) is used to help us analyze the responses according to subgroups.
