Sussex Partnership Carer Survey |
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is committed to providing high quality mental health, substance misuse, and learning disability services for adults across Sussex. We want to make sure that carers of people using our services are well supported and given the information they need so that they can support their friends or family members to the best of their abilities.
In order to achieve this goal we are undertaking a survey of the carers of people who use our services. This survey will run from mid-August until early-October. We carried out this same survey last year at this time, and so by repeating it again this year we are hoping to find where we have improved and where we must try harder.
We will publish the results of this survey online and we will also share them with local commissioners, carers organisations and Healthwatch. In addition, we will use the results to help us improve the way we engage with carers and update the support and information we offer them.
This survey was jointly designed with the Carers Centre in Brighton and Hove and Healthwatch Brighton and Hove. It is being supported by carers organisations and Healthwatch organisations across Sussex.
