SPN Leadership Skills Development Program - Applications Being Accepted
Applications are being accepted for SPN's 12-month Leadership Skills Development Program, launching in January 2025. This program is aimed at providing leadership skills to aspiring, emerging, and current frontline pediatric nurse leaders, and the program will have a monthly activity, including webinars, led by SPN subject matter experts, with support from SPN's Director of Programs, Tina Spagnola, MSN, RN, NPD-BC, NE-BC.
The year-long program is $250 for SPN members and $325 for non-members, and it will be capped at 13 participants. The target audience is individuals who have 0 - 5 years of nursing leadership experience. Please visit the SPN website to read more about the program objectives and tentative timeline.
Please note, active participation in session pre-work, virtual meetings, and evaluations is a requirement of this program.
If you are interested in applying for this limited capacity program, please complete and submit this application by December 16. All applications will be reviewed, and you will be contacted by December 20 regarding the status of your application. If you are selected as a participant, you will be invoiced for the program, which will need to be paid by Monday, January 6.
