Payment Authorization: By enrolling in the S.P.I.C.E. Guild, you authorize Recipe for Success Foundation to charge your credit or debit card for your membership fees. You be sent a receipt for all payment via check or credit card.
Recipe for Success will reach out (10) days prior to your renewal date for annual payment confirmation. Unless otherwise notified by written notice (10) prior to your next billing date stating your intent to terminate you S.P.I.C.E. Guild Membership, your payment will be processed. You agree to pay Recipe for Success Foundation for any returned item service fees as a result of such changes or not having sufficient funds or credit available in your account.
Please provide Recipe for Success Foundation with written notice immediately of any changes in your name, address, telephone, or billing information.
